FAQ for Online Reservation System;
- Is my credit card information saved on your system?
- No, your credit card information is not saved on our system. During the process your credit card information is being asked online to the bank. No information is saved.
- How is the credit card transfer being processed?
- After you fill the form and give authorization to the system for money transfer, the system is connected to the bank, makes a security check and controls your account. If the system gets confirmation from the bank than the money is transfer from your credit card to our account. During this process your credit card information is not saved to any data.
- How can I change my online reservation dates?
- To change your online reservation dates, you need to contact our reservation department of the hotel you made the reservation. The e-mail and phone contact information is on our “accommodation contract”.
- How can I cancel my online reservation?
- To cancel your online reservation, you need to contact our reservation department of the hotel you made the reservation. The e-mail and phone contact information is on our “accommodation contract”.
- Can I have my money back if I cancel my online reservation?
- If you cancel your online reservation, before 10 days of the check/in date, all your money will reload to your credit card account. Between 5 to 10 days of your check/in date %65 of your money will reload to your credit card account. Before 5 days or less of the check/in date there will be no refund. As written on our “accommodation contract”
- How do you transfer the money in case of cancellation or change of the online reservation.
- The money is reloaded to your credit card account which you made the payment.
- Do I need to confirm my online reservation?
- No, you don’t need to confirm your online reservation. The system will send you an e-mail with a voucher attached to the e-mail address you wrote on the form.
- Will you send me a voucher after I made the reservation?
- Yes, after you complete your reservation the system will send you an e-mail with a voucher attached to the e-mail address you wrote on the form.
- What shall I do with the voucher you send me?
- If you take a print out of your voucher, your check/in process will be faster.
- I’ve made my online reservation what should I bring with me?
- While you are coming to hotel you should bring your credit card which you made the payment, all the passports of the accommodators and if possible a print out of your voucher.
- Can I make a reservation for someone with my credit card?
- For security reasons the system does not accept a reservation for other persons. Also you have to bring your credit card which you made the reservation.
